Those are my goals. My name is Wish MacMillan. I am a professional writer who believes that Human Intelligence is still better than Artificial Intelligence when it comes to expressing ourselves as human beings. Communicating is primarily about emotion, and I just don’t think the robots have suffered enough to succeed.

Meet Wish

I am a former journalist, corporate communicator, marketing project contractor, teacher, and commercial real estate broker, among other things. I’ve had a lot of different experiences, and those adventures inform my writing. By day, I am a freelance editor, proofreader, and writer. By night, I write books and screenplays. Purple 3 Properties is my umbrella company. Wish is a weird name, you say? It’s from my middle name, Wishart, which I use professionally to avoid confusion with others. My friends and family know me as David, among various other nicknames. I am based in Richmond, VA, and Los Angeles.
